For many years, we have carried out radio inspections on behalf of all the major classification societies.
We know how crucial it is that emergency and safety equipment is thoroughly inspected and kept in top condition – so crews can rely 100% on their equipment in the event of an emergency.
Our radio technicians hold a GOC (General Operator’s Certificate), which means they are fully qualified to service and inspect all radio equipment required for a radio survey. In addition, all our technicians have completed courses covering the regulations that form the basis for such inspections.
We work closely with classification societies and are always up to date on new rules and requirements that may affect radio surveys.
To ensure quality and full traceability, all measurement equipment used by our technicians is continuously calibrated and verified by an independent test laboratory.
