Terms and Conditions – Prokyon ApS Service Booking

By booking an appointment (“time slot”) via our website, you accept the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings made through the website are considered requests for a time slot.

The specified time is indicative and not guaranteed.

2. Changes and Delays

Agreed times may be changed due to unforeseen delays from other tasks, traffic conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Prokyon ApS will make reasonable efforts to inform you if the time is changed.

3. Disclaimer

Prokyon ApS assumes no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss, expenses, or costs you may incur as a result of delays, changes, or cancellations of your appointment.

4. Urgent Requests

If you have an urgent matter, please contact our office directly at +45 23 44 87 96.

5. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the agreed address and time once the booking is confirmed by Prokyon ApS.

Failure to be present at the agreed time may result in cancellation or additional fees.
