Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings made via the website are considered appointment requests.
- The time provided is indicative and cannot be guaranteed.
Changes and Delays
- Scheduled appointments may be adjusted due to unforeseen delays from other tasks, traffic conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Prokyon ApS will make reasonable efforts to inform you if the scheduled time changes.

- It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the agreed address and time once the booking has been confirmed by Prokyon ApS.
- Failure to be present at the agreed time may result in cancellation or additional fees.
